Maris is a newly built villa which enjoys a truly rare beachfront position on Corfu’s unspoiled west coast, in the peaceful and naturally beautiful area of Prasoudi. Enveloped by evergreen slopes and the soothing sound of the sea, the property features refined contemporary design that complements the raw beauty of its coastal surroundings. With its clean architectural lines and seamless relationship to the surrounding nature, the villa presents expansive open-plan interiors where floor-to-ceiling glazing captures sweeping views of the Ionian Sea and the sunset horizon. Each space has been carefully shaped to optimise light, openness, and the quiet sense of tranquillity that comes from living by the sea. Maris features four stylish bedrooms and five bathrooms, each curated with minimalist elegance, exceptional materials, and a design approach that feels both modern and enduring. A rare modern retreat defined by privacy, pure design, and an uninterrupted bond with the sea. Outdoors, a 32-metre swimming pool reaches toward the sea, blending gracefully with the horizon. Wide terraces and cool, shaded lounge areas invite relaxation and social moments alike, carried on the fragrance of nearby pine, olive, and cypress trees. Set within 6,000 square metres of private, landscaped grounds, the property offers complete seclusion and tranquility, with direct access to one of Corfu’s most naturally beautiful beaches — a shoreline of soft sand and turquoise waters.
